White meat has less fat. Red meat has more protein but more fat. Nowadays both kinds can cause health issue if not cooked correctly. White meat has to be well done. Ground beef also needs to be well done. Most beef bacteria are on the surface area of the meat. Ground beef mix them up and you can't tell where the surface area are. As usual moderation always are best for you. Even too much soy product can cause health problem.
its true, white meat > red meat in terms of health, but white meat has like no taste, and its generally pretty bland or dry, that's why everyone prefers juicy fat red meat. Like for example, if a person can choose between a boiled chicken and a grilled chicken, grilled is the obv. choice (there's no boil chicken in restaurant's menus heh) but that's because boiled chicken doesn't have any extra uhhhh i'm not sure what it is ^_^ i just know healthy people will eat it instead of the other haha.

it seems like nowadays you can't eat anything without worrying about "health issues." :nono: White and red meat both have nutrients that are beneficial. Exercise is a must.
Still some ppl just prefer a certain type but red meat such as beef is harder to digest compared to white meat such as chicken. it is however preferred to eat white meat when working out as it will provide less lipids and more protein

Even though white meat is less fattening, you should eat red meat but only about twice a week. Should also eat oily fish twice a week. So thats 4 days gone! Rest of the 3 days eat white meat and white fish!
if you are young doesn't matter cause your body require more kind of meat. But i will say White meat is more health if you on a diet. But Red meat might taste better for asian community
Exactly...isn't this already a well-known fact?? -unsure Having said that, it's still important to get your daily dose of iron, which is plentiful in red meats.
you should have a consistant amount of both, to get a range of the different nutrients it contains, but white meat (chicken) is alot easier to cook, well in my opinion anyways
I believe white meat is healthier for you but both should be okay if eatten in moderation. I personally like red meat more x.x but i also like chicken <3
