hey everyone, i want to ask if the way i make my "papaya drink" correctly. I heard its very healthy for girls so i decided to make it and this is what i did, first i put papaya inside the blender then i start the blender for about 30 sec then i add milk and blend it again ;x i don't know if that's the right way. Should i add milk after i pour out the papaya or blend it with the papaya? I'm just curious to know if im doing it the right way lol -unsure
lol i'm pretty sure where this is going... sooo... Milk is fat, FACT!!!...fat makes body parts bigger, FACT!!!... problem is, it makes every body part bigger, FACT!!!! /end lesson
Doesn't really matter if you put in the paypa with or without the milk first. sometimes I add a little sugar for extra sweetness. Oh and drink it fast, cause if it sits around for like a half hour or so, it starts lose it's flavor fast. what if you use fat free milk? some people like milkshakes (but you do have a point) or use it to make soup (peanuts, papya, and chicken) it's also a good soup for leg cramps
Skim milk has calories, any excessive calories will lead to weight gain. Papaya and milk and all this stuff is a myth. You can try w/ skim, 1/2, 2% etc. What's there to lose? Btw, Milk has vitamin, and mostly calcium. Water by instance does not.
i was talkin bout the taste + a hint of witty sarcasm... but i guess i failed at that second part <_<
I"ve tried it before. You can actually subtly taste the milk and it balances in taste. I know what you mean though. 2% is good.
haha... hmm if you anyone also wants a milk drink thingy you could try avocado with milk... its actually prettty good and i heard its good for your skin... you can also use it as a mask.. but i find it quite nasty looking ><
haha maybe i should've started a thread on the avocado shakey instead of telling it on this thread ><
avocado?? nvr tried that b4.. haha.. planning to mk one soon! hmm..btw, papaya shake is nice! sweet~!
hahahaha very healthy for girls?? or giving girls bigger booty?? i've never had it before but i assume u blend it with milk
