I have been drinking oxygen water for the last few days. Within a few days I have more energy than ever, I only need 4 to 5 hours sleep and I can workout much longer. As long I drink the water in between meals on empty stomach I notice dramatic effects. Most webs sites claim it's a scam but how you explain my energy increase. I am pretty much eating the same foods.
placebo effect perhaps? II heard its chemically impossible to drink oxygenated water. The oxygen goes away as soon as you open the bottle.
I'm going to have to agree, like people being cured of cancer taking only aspirin but were told it was so me miracle cure.
i have a pretty laymen's knowledge of chemistry.... but im pretty sure that water can only hold two hydrogens per oxygen... hence H2O. You can pump as much O2 as you want into water, but once the oxygens are saturated the O2 will have nothing to bond to and will just sit between the H2O molecules and/or accumulate at the top of the bottle with the rest of the air... as soon as you open it the O2 would probably just be released into the atmosphere. Of course I could be completely wrong, but this is my understanding of how water and air works.
oxygen water wtf hahhaha....don't you mean vitamin water. if it was red bull and shit like that...wouldn't work for workouts because you'll break down as there is too much caffeine. and caffeine not good for exercising!!!
-huh? well H2O2 is Hydrogen peroxide not sure if you want to drink that if that is what your talking about.... -sweat
nope u are damn rite.... this is an example of that 02 Drink. we did some calculation in chemistry... result: that bottle has indeed 02, but u get the amount of 02 when u breathe 2x...
on the same note sorta..... i have been told that casino's pump their place with a lot of oxygen to keep gamblers awake and more active to play/gamble.... which makes a lot of sense.... but as stated by fearless i think the O2 in the water would just dissipate into the air when the bottle was opened... most likely a marketing scam mixed with that placebo effect.....
Well looks like some company have found a slice in the market and so have decided to invest in their so-called "oxgenated water" I think this is probably useless, so what if it has oxygen, im sure if i drink normal water and breathe in i can probably get nearly the same as drinking oxygenated water
