Wednesday June 4, 2008 Hong Kong The blessing ceremony for new TVB series New The Good, The Bad And The Ugly <新網中人> was held today at TVB City, attended by many of the series leading stars including Wayne Lai (黎耀祥), Sonija Kwok (郭羨妮), Eric Suen (孫耀威), Shirley Yeung (楊思琦) and Vivien Yeo (楊秀惠). Wayne will be taking on the leading character in the series and series producer Mui Siu Ching (梅小菁) has been looking after him, arranging for some kissing scenes with Sonija. He said that after filming some argument scenes with Sonija, he has found that she is more mature now and her acting has improved a lot. Asked about the kissing scenes and whether or not he has had to explain himself to his wife, Wayne said that his wife has always been very supportive of his acting career, so she will not complain about these things. He laughed that she will only complain if his acting is bad. Sonija appeared at the event with some clay flowers and she revealed that she has been taking lessons from Griselda Yeung (楊卓娜) in the craft for her character in the series. She added that she has become quite interested in the hobby and will do it after dinner or when she is watching TV. She smiled that Griselda, who once had a shop selling these handmade models, had also praised her work. Reports have suggested that Shirley has bought herself a new car recently and she explained that she has had her old car for over five years, so she decided to buy a bigger 7-seater to give herself more space and she has even kitted out a small changing room in the car for convenience when she is working. She smiled that she has had plenty of opportunity to make money in the past year, so she sees this as a reward for her efforts. Asked why she did not go for a sports car instead, she said that they are impractical because you cannot carry passengers or any shopping! credits: batgwa.
lol seriously, we only seen eric in HK entertainment for like 1 year but hes so exprienced from China entertraining , lol this is a Must Watch, the First one was UBER Good, ^^
eric lai is one of the best actors in the industry. his roles of any sort is played well. well deserved. =)
I'm so happy that he'll finally be a lead. He's such a great actor. He really transforms himself in all the characters he's played.
lol she actually didn't renew her contract... she still have couple shows with them but after that she is going to mainland to act for more money.
