A way to lose weight effectively!

    just keep you heart rate up when you exercise. you dont need to work so hard that you're like dead tired, as long as your heart rate is up and beating..i learned it in my bio class... aerobics.

    Bingo, Slumber! yeah herbalife is awesome. I loss 4kg in a month and also improved my skin condition and my back ache =D

  7. yeah... Herbal Life does work if u stick to it... but those direct sales ppl r huge pain in the ass... they try to make u join... n if u dun they'll keep ringing u n try to get u to buy this n that... dahhhhh~~

    eat right and get the total gym like chuck norris

    exercise is the real key.. it will tone up your body, accelerate your metabolism and makes you feel better.

    also, eat like a king on breakfast, and less on diner, lunch.
    a study found that those who eat alot on breakfast tend to eat less overall.
    watch what you eat too.. KFC 3 times a week aren't goin to help you lose weight.

    i once read that you eat like a king at breakfast, like a prince at lunch and a pauper at dinner

    You can try drinking ONLY water for one whole week. That cleanses your body for sure. But ONLY water and nothing else for one whole week.

    Well detoxing is for cleansing so thats definitely not the way. I think the best way to lose weight is to eat heathly and worry about carbs rather than starving or eating less.

    my way of losing weight and maintaining it is to do jogging/swimming at least once a week/fortnightly, just drink water/chinese tea (no soft drinks at all, not even those pokka green tea!!) and drink one glass of freshly squeeze (but the fruit and squeeze it urself) grapefruit juice after every meal. Kinda works for me ..

    I lost 2 stone (28 pounds) in about 2 months.
    I admit I didn't eat that much, but what majorly helped was water, green tea & sugar free chewing gums (to curb the sweet tooth).

    Everytime you eat a meal, drink lots and lots of water - you get full up quicker.
    I'm also a vegetarian so I only eat veggie food, which mostly is really low calorie!

    You don't need to spend a big amount of cash to companies to lose weight, I think that's just pure lazy. And it just means you don't really want to work for it.

    lol, im trying to stay off meat for a week, lol its time tolose that weight, lol hmmm maybe become a vegetrian for 1 week
