I was just wondering. How many of you are concern for the state of the environment? What do you consciously do to ensure that you minimise your carbon footprint? Are younger people (especially those still studying - no offence) doing their bit?
the enviornment will be fine, if not we will just burn.... but frankly im selfish and i think ill live my life throughout and not have to worry hahaha im just a cold hearted guy .... oh wells...
well there rele isn't that much a student can rele do. i guess i do my bit as i switch off things which i don't use so therefore saving power. i also take the bus which is more environmentally friendly i guess. but there isn't that much a person can rele do and it does depend on companies to make their electronics and products save energy.
lol me 2. These days, young people are becoming more obssessive with their drivin n getting their first cars to drive to school. I bet they dnt even live 10 mins away, bt for the coolness of havin a car - they stil use it, haha. Hmm, the public transport can be unreliable at times - particularly the tube - bt it gets u from A to B at least - so i stick to it and dnt waste electricity when its not needed....though i leave my chargers plugged in all the time, xD
no the buses are far less reliable. tube isn't too bad. i've waited an hour and a bit for a bus before. tubes are much more frequent.
How about stuff you buy when you do your cooking? Do you think about the packaging it has or convenience is more important. Well also food that are processed are less healthy. What about recycling?
switching to hybrid cars, conserving energy, less pollution, and then you hear shit about global warming and stuff like that.... lol i don't really care too much honestly....cause i think i'll die before something kills off the whole world haha....simple point: i don't really care if it doesnt affect me, i'm just a selfish person like that lmao.
enviroment.. I'm all about the enviroment. : ) we recycle. I conserve energy; only use it when i need it. I've switched to the go green cleaning products and I have a couple of those WWF shirts : )
so you do community service also airree? like picking up trash from the beach and such lol..... but anyways again i'm definitely not an environmentalist haha. too lazy for that type of commitment.
