the women is a heartless bitch and didnt deserve any money but i cant help but just hate how judge judy is so biased and unprofessional she made it sound like it was completely the womens fault for the leaving the keys there, when clearly the teen girl is also responsible for her actions just because she died doesnt mean she looses any responsibility of wrong doing, think about if she had got the boy killed too i dont think these cases are as clear cut as the judge made it sound

it was the right verdict i think. i mean it was the girl's fault however as she is a minor she can not be as responsible for her actions and it is dependent on the person looking after them to take full responsibility. also, its rather inhumane to sue someone to pay for damage to the car and for medical treatment when they are grieving.

it was totally the right judgement. Ms. Bailey would not have counter-sued her if she didnt sue her first. As a parent you are suppose to be a good role model for your child and any child around you. that stupid woman lets her son drive the car around the property so in turn he let the friend drive it. stupid people should not be parents
