I have crazy black heads on my nose. Pretty sure most people have it as well,l but I haven't found a soluble solution that ever works. I don't think that sticker shit works either.

I don't have much white heads though.

use exfoliating product, it will take time but it works

  5. its just dirt getting into your pores, do what the guy above says. white heads just need a squeeze and its all gone.

For black heads, it depends if you wanna do it yourself or go to an skin salon type of thing.

If you wanna do it yourself, I think the trick is to open up your pore with steam (you know the face over a bowl of hot water (about 20cm to a foot) and with a towel thing?) for maybe 10 mins after you've washed your face. Then, apply argyle mask on your face.

I usually wash my face with hot water then use the sticky thing once a week - always seem to clear most of them. I also use botanics mud mask or Mudd mask once a week too, they're the best. Usually use the sticky thing at beginning of week and mask mid-week so my face gets a break inbetween. Use a gentle exfoliator everyday!

black heards are dirt clogged in your pores, they wont go away unless you use a nose strip or something else to actually remove them.

white heads are pimples, the goo inside is just white blood cells, you pop it and it should go away and ur good to go. gotta be gentle though.

ah the teenage years, one day we'll look back on em and laugh

^not any kind of toothpase but its gotta be the white kind. It burns your eyes a little from the vapors of the toothpaste but it really works. it's cleaned up a lot of blackhead on my nose add that with daily washing of your face and you should be good

Ah.. nope lol. But that's usually what they say in magazines or on tv. :p

Also, with the toothpaste stuff. You gotta be careful. Toothpaste dry your skin. So depending on your skin type, be prepare that it might peel.

OOH i used those sticker/strips before. It does work but since I dont have much blackheads i use it once in a while. As for my boyfriend, he has quite some blackheads on his nose and he tried the sticker Biore* pore strips and a lot of the blackhead just came off. Looked disgusting but it worked =] how it helps out.

    What brand strip works?
I feel weird using adhesives that leave a residue.

    As for masks, what brand?

I like those Biore nose strips. I've used them before. But like I said, you still should open up your pores with steam for it to be more effective.
