I use to be fat but then i decide to cut down wat i eat and i lost weight but now it seem only my waist lost fat, my waist line is 30 inches and my hip line ( idk if thats wat u call it) is 37 inces. wat should i do? Should i just keep on excercising like running and stuff like that. Also im a guy.
you should exercise. do little things like taking the stairs instead of the lift. walking can help tone you as well. according to research thinner people are known to fidget more, thus they burn more calories. hope this helps.
Eat healthy and according to your body mass index and keep exercising. Don't overload on calories and don't starve yourself. Work on your cardio one day and weights the next. The important thing is to keep on eating healthy and according to your body mass index. That way you're body will burn all the food you eat rather than converting what you havn't burned into fat and storing it which is what body fat is. This way your body will have to burn the stored body fat you have from all the exercise
do stuff that'll target ur stomach. ab workouts for sure. pilates is freaking awesome for ur stomach. i know it sounds girly but it really does work. after one workout, ur stomach muscles are gonna feel it. i use a hoola hoop a lot.
I have an amazing trick told by an old and experienced person . If you want to loose weight you should take one glass of drinkable hot water in a day specially when you wake up in the morning before taking any breakfast . It really burns the fats very fast and with out any side effects .
honestly your hip is mainly bone mass so you can try really hard to rid of it but its not going nowhere
