    I thought this would be a good read to PA members to promote mental performance since a lot of us are students and that midterms and tests are just around the corner.

    walking long distances is a gd way to relieve anger and stress. i do that sometimes.

    weed helps relieve alotta stress......but it gets yu tired nd hungry a lot haha get yu stupid2...

    drugs might decrease ur stress then but it causes so much more stress in the long run as u get addicted, u won't have money to spend which will inevitably cause stress, then u have feed ur addiction which will cause stress and suddenly u will find ur life so much more stressful than before. u will also do worse in studies causing stress if ur parents then start to get annoyed. etc. so best way, don't do drugs. it also pretends to get rid of stress anyway. it doesn't actually stop ur problems.
