eat less, exercise more. there really isn't a secret. ppl need to learn patience. work out for a day and expect six packs the next day. idiots.
just a little extra on what might help you out if you're helping, a estimate of what a good weight should be to measure your health, but this varies still if you compared body fat and muscle weight O_O no, i'm not a health freak but i'm interested in these types of stuff lol
lol, i tried to go on a diet but then got wrecked by eating donuts because i forgot i was on a diet lol, thats prob why my diet isnt working, im too 餵食
I think sometimes i push myself a bit too hard at the gym because I'm trying to release my stress/anger >.< But I do feel good after... I think I need to go jogging as well as going to the gym once a week but I get lazy after coming home from work >.<
going to the gym is great.... but if u like to just go walk outside.. u should do that for at least 30 min.. everything is the benefit for ur own health =] ... sitting on ur chair and sofa all day wont help u with a good health. At least 3-4 days a week of activity will be good. ^^... for a good workout.. eat chicken meat for muscle.. u need good protein too... =]... too gain more muscle... eat more.. and work out more!
of cuz most of u arent worry @ all, since u guys are already skinny. working out is awesome..... just...it made me have muscle on my arms.....--;
thanks for sharing .. i do exercises like weekly but now i am doing like twice - three times a day. I dont see much improvement but i am still working on it.
czu most ppl expect result in 2-3 day then.. they give up, and give all kind of excuse. TO get result it take a long process, and ask your self if u have done this. sleep more than 8hr+? have u really exercise today? or just walk back & forth in the gym? have u eat enough protein foods,, such chicken, beef, tuna .. etc.. (mosly from meat) or have u stay away from sweet stuff, or junk foods,..
