Tuesday February 05, 2008 Hong Kong Hins Cheung (張敬軒) took part in the press conference for the 7th Hong Kong Outstanding Teens Selections (第七屆香港傑出少年選舉) yesterday. Although Hins is unable to be nominated for this set of awards because he is over the age limit, he was presented with a souvenir certificate naming him as the "Outstanding Teens Star". Hins said that he may be too old in real life, but he was mistaken by some foreigners in a bar earlier for being a 16 or 17 year old and this made him laugh. He laughed that he had to thank his seniors Alan Tam (譚詠麟) and Eric Suen (孫耀威) for sharing their mysical powers of youth with him. He explained that the secret was to keep happy. Asked what his criteria would be to select an Outstanding Teen, Hins said that the candidate would have to have good character and educational grades. He commented that his own grades at school were not too good and although he did well in arts subjects, he was quite bad at science and this brought him down. He also felt that a good personality was very important and he learned this after hiring a Filipino maid that he had to fire on the first day because she had pawned her passport to raise money. As he did not trust her, he was forced to pay her for a month and fire her. He added that he dare not hire another maid after this experience. credits: batgwa.
He does look pretty young, though chinese guys do tend to age alot better than western guys, good for wen they are older, not so good wen trying to order a drink!!
<3 HIns!!!!.... funny how he says the secret to being young is to be happy.... ironically, Hins has some emotion disorder... or soemthing like that... he has like bipolar depression or smething.
Seriously, at first, I thought he was 18 y/o. I was pretty surprised when I found out that he was even older than me >_>
