I believe you can't lose the fat of a specific area.... You lose it from everywhere. And best way to lose fat, eat right and exercise.
But if you just want to tone things up, crunches. Hula Hoop is good too. It works out the abs.

^It depends. There are target areas you can work on. Of course, you lose from everywhere, but it'll be more obvious on the places you work on.

I agree with the suggestions above. Hula hoop and sit ups are your best bet

yea dat whole spot theory bout if u train an area, u'll lose fat is all bs. u mite gain muscle in dat area but u need 2 burn off all da overall fat by duin cardio.

cut down carbs, excess carb = tummy fat

and run alot with lots of tummy exercise afterwards (sit ups are okay, but the rolling machine owns!, also there are medicine balls and giant yoga balls which really makes cructhes/situps easier)

  10. the right exercise and cutting down fatty food and patience helps!!! :D

just eat more healthily and in small portions. then go and do some swimming or running and some sit ups and u should be not only more healthier overall but u should have reduced in waist size.

u cannot target weight loss, u can, however, target muscle mass... crunches, sit ups, whatever u try to do around the stomach, waist do NOT reduce them in size... people get six packs by doing such exercises because u would gain muscle mass in those areas, meaning u actually enlarge those areas... same with people that try to reduce the size of their thighs by biking, no, it would enlarge ur thighs because u'd gain muscle mass... of course muscle burns fat, but it would burn from all over the body regardless of where u target ur mass gain... so in short... if u just want reduction, cardio = best bet... on top of good nutrition of course...

  16. a lot of celebs have their last set of ribs removed to have that effect...

Hmm...I didn't mean build muscle. I meant tone muscle. If you lose weight before you start toning, then you'd still get an overall reduction in size, right? And...toning would mean firming up and losing the flabby areas...
