no idea, must have been exposing them under the sun for too long, and you know how hot sydney was on friday afternoon around 2 to 3pm and I'm really sure they're blisters. Little bubbles with water in it.

I get blisters from wearing heels and walking too much :S

I had the curiosity of seeing if my blister would heel if i popped it and took off the skin. Lets just say I couldn't walk for two days...lol.

Blisters have a liquid that forms underneath that actually helps speed up the recovery.

Best way is to leave them alone and prevent them from popping. Take my advise...NEVER EVER RIP OFF A BLISTER. The skin underneath is very sensitive. Live and learn!

Well, if they are the bubble ones use a sterilized needle to pop it to let the liquid out so that it dries up faster. For the nasty and serious one like flesh showing type which i get from wearing new shoes, that is painful. All you could do for that is put water proof band aid over it with some antiseptic cream if ya like and leave it. Then at night or when ur at home take the band aid off to allow aeration of the wound...NOt sure if it works for everyone but sure works for me :)
