actually no... oil is the thing that stops ur skin from losing moisture... it's only a problem if you don't cleanse ur skin properly... we use macadamian nut oil for facial massage at our salon... u can even use grape seed oil, sesame oil, canola oil, sunflower oil etc... they r all rich in vitamins n r very good for ur skin...
hmmm... depending on wot skin type really... we choose the cleanser, exfoliant, mask, lotion n moisturiser according to the client's skin type... we put the mask on right after the massage so that it kinda pushes the nutriens of the oil into the skin... n when we take of the mask the face won't feel greasy (if u take it off propery) intead feeling EXTREMELY nice n soft...
-blush2u can also try, 1 egg white and couple spoons of sugar. mix egg white with sugar as desired, if you want more scrub-strength add more sugar and vv ... your skin feels smooth and fresh after u wash it off. best of all its not too abrasive!
my skin is normal to combo... not really nice but i don't have any huge problems yet honey it's the foundation that's nice -hug Biotherm kekekeke...
I hear that egg white can whiten and tighten your skin temporarily. I also have a facial recipe for that too!
i used to use egg white, milk n a couple of drops of lemon juice... my own fruit acid face peel... haha... but it's not for all skin types... coz the lemon juice can b quiet stimulating...
im pretty sure my products are better than doing it myself lol, i wouldnt want to scub up my face with more acne
well... it's really depends on wot products ur using... u'd b surprised sometimes those designer lable stuff that charges hundreds of dollars r actually pretty crappy...
I find this recipe interesting because it's all stuff i have in my kitchen. I will have to give a try and see what happens. God only knows, my skin can use all the help it can get.
I agree with Dawn. Actually I'm trying out this new "miracle" cream called Creme De la Mer averaging from $170 for 1 oz.
^^yea the egg white mask actually worked for me. i used to use it once every month or every two weeks and it made my skin so smooooooth! seriously, from having dry/rough skin to smooth...IT IS definitely worth using!! but i havent use it for over 2 months thanks to papers and finals. now that i can finally rest .....i am definitely going to give my skin the egg white treatment!! considerably CHEAP and healthy for your skin. i also heard about the home facial scrub but never tried it. mainly because i am very afraid of putting oil on my face...even though i heard some positive feedback...i wouldnt think my extremely sensitive skin would allow me to do that.
-what? that's crazy!! hahaha... wow... it's soooooooo easy to earn women's $$... now i'm really confident to have my own beauty salon one day -rolleyes
