Push ups and benching works more tri's and chest.
    Best to do military press.

dude, I just saw the video for that 300 workout and I think it's a kick ass workout. That Floor Wiper exercise is pretty interesting. I might incorporate that into my abs exercise program.

    Get a big dog.

Carrying a few large bags of dog food on your shoulders will help bulk them up.

yea, the 300 workout is more advance I think or if you are into toning after bulking up

I tried the floor wiper without the bar. It is hard to do...i do it with my abs this week...

shoulders, miltary press, behind the neck press, side laterals, front laterals, reverse deck pec...but focus on the presses..

do military press then do lateral raise afterwards(front, side, and bent over)

  15. go food shopping with your mom (without the car). those shoulders will bulk up in no time

do NOT do Behind the Neck Presses... there is a SERIOUS chance of paralyzing urself among other things... if you slip either from poor grip, cramps, anything... that bar can knock the back of your head and ur fcked... u can achieve the same work out by doing normal lat pulldowns, laying back about 15degrees and pulling the bar towards your chest...

Dood.. I see...sorry to hear that...but he has to do it right...all exercises , if not done properly can damage.

that's why I got a trainer to show me how to do squats and a t bar row...etc properly...

the trick is not to go too low and dont go too heavy...it aint a chest press where u git pinned and that's it...

www.bodybuilding.com is a good site...or better yet, get a trainer...they noe a lot of tricks...

my trainer is a girl...but u know wat...I find girls better cus they pay more attention to the form and not brute force..they usually know what guys are doing wrong in terms of form...

Trainers are expensive. I paid for one and it costs me $50 per hour. That's fucked up.
