What is you favorite brand of designer denim?

My fav is Evisu and True Religion.

Also, visit www.thewarehousesale.com for a designer warehouse sale that might be coming near you!

If I recall correctly, both Mango (and its subsidary MNG) and Zara are Spanish brands... And yes, we have them in North America...

Favourite brand? Depends on the price range, GAP jeans is the best-fitting jeans for their price. I adore Evisu and 7, though I KNOW for a fact that 7 is absolutely overrated. I used to love diesel jeans until they got over-designed...

You know, I just want a nice pair of denim, plain and simple.

Yeah Mango & Zara are both from Spain....the jeans are quite cheap and look nice imo
Dunno why but....Im quite surprised u guys have it in North America
In AUS they dont have Zara but do have Mango....
I like Zara better because it's less formal....

well...we dont even have gap in NL and AUS

Hmmmm, I would say yeah, GAP = Giodarno... Or GAP = U2; Banana Republic = U2 Women; Old Navy = G2000?

It depends on which collection... I usually find Mango less formal than Zara, perhaps it's the effect of the store design. Here in TO, the Mango stores are all wood and black mirror and mood lighting = sultry clubbing clothes while Zara is all flourescent light, white + grey decor and clean lines = more formal and office-friendly.

Neither brand fits me, they are designed for women with tiny frame... When it fits my shoulder, it got baggy or when the rest of the garment fits, it hugs my shoulder so tightly that I can't move... I guess I will have to stick to GAP for now... :D

Lol...im chubby and it fits me...so they must fit u too...u just gotta get over ur pride and take a bigger size than u usually wear...& their i think stuff are a bit smaller cuz spanish women tend to be slightly slimmer....

the stuff they sell at mango are usually a bit more "lady like"

i am referring to their other clothing line called TRF....its for the younger females....
also more casual.....thats the stuff i usually love from zara...

mango's ive visited in in eu and apac are quite similar to what u said....whereas zara's they eye a bit more modern/trendy to me...

Oh, I've already dump my pride long ago, but I just have to hem those ZARA or Mango jeans so much that the shape of the jeans is kind of off. It is depressing...

I dont really buy certain jeans from certain brands.... as long as they are comfortable and that the design is nice. But I like jeans from Hilfiger, Esprit, G-star, Energy, Diesel, Guess etc...

true religion. soo expensive but they last forever and never loses its shape. i find with cheaper jeans, they get loose after a few hours of wearing them.

I agree. Cheaper jeans tend not to last as long. Aside from being a designer name, some brands such as Diesel seem to last you years and years while others such as Levi's last you months and months. Plus Levi's don't feel as comfy either.
