Dunno what's the deal. I woke up with extremely stiff knees this morning. It hurt like hell to bend them.

    Any clue why?
I'm not that old, just 22

    Maybe not enough sleep?
    Maybe change in weather?
    Maybe something?

I dunno I just want to know why it happen so I can make it not happen again
I'm usually pretty flexible, able to do the splits, run around in heels, jump off rocks and whatnot at the beach

    ~cries~

=/ did u do any exercise the day before?
and yeah change of weather can be a reason...but i thought that only happened to older ppl?

btw...sometimes i wake up with weird pains too...mostly they just go away after a few hours or days....

    goodluck though -flow

Drink more liquid, helps with the circulation.

Good suggestion. Also using warm compresses should help to increase circulation.

stiff knee any other pains? been kneeling a lot? or sudden increase in activity? or direct hits and bumps to the knee? does it ease as u move it more? stiff knee can be caused by a large variety of reasons.... in the mean time maybe u can try change of sleeping position or using some pillows to support your knees when u sleep
