i was wondering if you apply aloe vera plant and cut in it half and apply to your face, is it good for the skin? if so what does it do?
If the skin is already irritated and red (eg pimples, burns, sunburn, insect bites) the pulp of aloe vera soothes the skin by applying a layer of protective enzymes to counteract the irritation. On the surface, it only does so much good.... but if you eat/drink it (use a peeler and pulp it into fruit juices/sweet desserts) then it's really good for your skin!!
Tried it once as my mum had read this somewhere and wanted me to try it out as I had a pimple but the plant is very slimy and I couldn't stand it longer than a minute or two so I dunno whether it really works against pimples.
yep aloe works for almost everything use it 3 times a week u will see results watch what you eat though xD
lmfao, a beautician is a person without any real education who likely works for minimum wage in the cosmetics department of some random store. your thinking of a dermatologist, which is someone with an actual degree in issues of the epidermis.
ooooo i heard about this as well......being good for pimples..but ive not tried it before.....my aunties and cousins have tried it and say its velly good....makes ya face hell of a lot smoother,.....but i still ogt my doubts about it for some reason
Most definitely true. It's the best skin care item there is. It's all natural and works for pain and itch too. It can be eaten or applied. Many skin care products have extract of aloe vera too. And it's really rare that you're allergic to it. Try it.
actually beautician nowadays are competitive...some of them went for courses and i actually have a friend who possess some qualification...i think dermatologist is more suitable to describe a specialist on par with a doctor. beauticians are those who do facial and treatment with some specific recommended product..
i watched on man vs wild that aloe vera is a plant that can act as an antiseptic for wounds and such but im not so sure about skincare. ________ VAPORGENIE VAPORIZER
i heard that u gotta drink it for it to be effective u can get it in alot of chinese supermarkets for cheap
i drink aloe vera drink sometimes... but its quite sweet...so much sugar in it... ive used aloe vera creams before...quite good.... but never tried the plant thingy before...
Ihhh first i have to comment that 'one is not for all'. It might be good for some people and bad for some. Cos some people are allergic to the juice aloe vera produces. So, give it a shot and if you get rashes the next day....its not for ya....-rolleyes Good luck with it.
there are different types of aleo vera plants if you didn't know. There are the one you can eat, one for healing cut and wounds, and one for skin.
