Supplements for weight training

    ^yeh raw egg has loads of protein, but its horrible to try to eat/drink raw egg, makes you wana gag... also possibility of salmonella...

    better off getting a protein shake/powder

    Tried it already. I put raw egg. mixed it up with milk just like jackie chan. then boom, I'm built like him :)

    get some creatine man. You need that the most. You can consume protein from food. I been on creatine for a while, it helps my body to recover faster.

    the thing is, it makes you fart all the time :) JK

    Do you take it before or after workout? I heard it can mess you up.

    ^but natural foods with proteins usually have more fat attached to them than supplements. I think if you want to go weight training, need to balance them.

    heard whey isn't that good, but creatine is...helps you pump harder throughout your workouts too...haha sounds dirty...

    a lot of sports trainers use creatine

    try a proten drink like Accelerade...it actually doesn't taste too bad, currently i'm drinking the fruit punch flavor.

    been at the gym lately besides the protein shakes u should just eat a healthy diet and destroy all the wastes from your body and ur body will start become more better for training

    Creatine doesn't mess you up. I been taking it for a while. alot of meat you eat contain creatine in there. It is a natural supplement.

    i still think Nitro tech is better than creatine. It is the supplement MD magazine recommeds. Just go to the store and get a copy of MD or Flex. You will have all the info, you need.

    well my brother use to take "vitamins" for weight training. They're basically protein and lipid based. So taking those will just help you get muscles faster? I'm not really sure. But i would say don't take anything for weight training, but supplement vitamins for like iron, protein, zinc, etc. are good i guess. and ofcourse, the natural way of getting ur nutrients are always better. =]
