Anyone weight train and use supplements?

I'm thinking of using whey protein isolates and creatine...anyone tried it? I'm taking vitamins on occasions.

    Just a thought

no and no and no. Just eat a balance diet that's healthy and train and you should be fine.

Don't overdue weight training cause looking overbuff isn't very nice.

Never tried it, What does it do? Been wanting to try supplements but don;t want to go crazy with it.

Some people I know use it after workouts.. like protein drink and creatine.

Lol...knew it that you were gonna post here hahah its ur forte....Ihhh, it kinda depends though cos different individuals have different metabolism..For certain people, it might be harder to get proteins from food so they need supplements...So, yeap try eating natural stuff first and if no difference then only check out on health supplements...hope this helps...

nitro tech is like a protein shake, it has the highest rating from all the muscle buliding magazine. It is nice because you face don't get swell from the water weight. NO2 helps with recovery time.

That's fine, a lot of people make use of both WPI and Creatine... do ask around about Creatine though, its benefits and disadvantages, I've never bulked purposly in my life, and I never touched creatine though. I just see a lot of questions being asked on forums about the product.

As for multi-vitamins, its absolutely not necessary, since you are weight-training, I'm assuming for muscle mass, I'm assuming you are doing a "clean-bulk" so you would be eating very healthy, plus you will need to eat like an animal to gain weight, and the healthy food you are eating should have all the miinerals and vitamins you need.

    O. it wasn't intended to be.

In fact, a girl told me about whey protein (isolates).

She is into sports and was giving me tips.

She said it helped her lose weight, and I said "what"? apparently protein helps lose weight if u exercise..but it seems no one here confirmed it ..yet

    are you a girl?

Lol...yeap i am a girl and i can confirm you that protein tends to help u to control and lose weight cause firstly, it increases ur muscle mass thus increasing your metabolism cause muscles burns up lots of energy and secondly, protein tends to keep you fuller thus one would eat less...If this helps ya. By da way, i do take female protein powder...tats why i know hahaha

anyways.... just grab a protien powder, get some milk, shake shake shake

atleast 100% daily intake (look at serving size) half an hr to an hr before workout, and another serving of the same size after working out. And, make sure your drinking enough liquids thoughout the day. Keep hydrated thoughout the day. You'll need that water to break down and obsorb the protien

I like muscle milk cuz it taste good a bit better than others. And if it's stil nasty to u, just think ... "just get this in my body" and chug it
