    uhh.. no o_o

only way to slim ur waist is running + healthy heating
cardiovasuclar LOTS OF IT is the key, for me at least

for a sixpack you need to do the exercises like crunches, sit ups, machines, etc

well some of the new slimming belts
    they supposely work
becauase they zap (eletricity) your abs, which causes them to contract
so you do use your abs, and it's sore afterwards as if you did a real work out

    BUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
it's suppose to be really bad for you
cause it's like your continuesly electrocuting yourself every few seconds for how ever long you wear it (twenty minutes to an hour)

There're many types of slimming belts. Those that are good for you include the ones that stimulates ur muscles, and moves in massage motion(s), unlike the belts that 'eletrocute' you.

You can check out Osim or Oto Bodycare.

I have one Oto Trimax 908, it's really good. It helps with constipation, muscle aches and generally if you need a massage.

Actually, they don't really slim you down though, they just help to tone up your muscles, and improve blood circulation, etc. If you want to slim down, then go for a healthy diet and work out.

You suffer from constipation? -ohmy jk

@ OP best way is to do cardio exercise, then exercise pertaining to abs like sit ups and etc..., not to mention with proper diet such as limiting junk food.

^Occasionally yeah <_< But that's not the reason i bought this belt.
This is like a personal handy massager whenever you feel like one. -tongue2
And it doesn't hurt to tone up your abs.

ur better off doing it the correct way. do the situps. don't like situps then try pilates. that will give ur stomach a workout. why take the chance of screwing up ur body later on? do the workout, there are no side effects and it will pay itself in the long run

Like I said there are many types of slimming belts!!!
Check out the Oto trimax, and Osim's version. They have absolutely no side effects. They are not the type that uses electricity to stimulate the muscles.
They are just massager(s) with slight slimming effect, but I guess that comes from toning up the muscles, and from toning up, it burns more calories, so it contributes to slimming indirectly.
