Pants that are too long

since there are tons of asian girls in here
they have all probably experienced purchasing pants that are just to long for them

what do you do about it?




I use to just let it drag, but then they started ripping on my heels when i started wearing heels
then i would cut them off, but then i had too many pants with frayed edges
and folding them, sometimes looks good, but sometimes looks too preppy
so i started learning to sew them, but i'm still not that good

 

haha i dont have that prob.. since my legs are long but hey im not a girl -fear

 

I get them fixed.

Otherwise, I go to places like Bluenotes, where I can pick the length of my jeans. And American Eagle jeans come in "short" and they fit me just fine. And I'm really short (4'11).

 

well i just usualy get them sewed or i just dont buy the pants if there too long

 

if it is those skinny jeans., just fold the hem in . they will not fall n look perfectly fine

 

try going to different stores and look for the right pants length

 

most of my pants r ok since im tall lol but sometimes i jus let it drag or tell my mom to fix it

 

most pants are OK...no that long...but if there really are pants thta are waayy to long, then i would tell my grandma to help me make it shorterXD....lol...shes good at that kind of stuff...lol

 

I always have that problem cos the europeans are taller and so their pants would be longer and getting it fixed by professionals is 10 bucks and takes 2 days....So, i cud not be botheres and just fold it up or bring it back for ma mum's sewing machine when i go back during hols....Sometimes, i do staple them lol.....(-_-")

just use a rubber band it holds.... its ghetto but it holds

 

Yes honey, lol wateva it takes beta than sweeping the floor and become the walking 'so tei ah sam' if ya get wat i mean hahahah.....Its expensive to get it mend and ugly to cut it on ma own so i just staple it...desperate mar -whistle

Lol....rubber band arrr a bit obvious wor....but u might just start a new trend there and don the band slips off...

 

rubber bands... lol that used to be popular when i was in middle school (7 yrs ago) lol

 

if that was the route i was heading, i rather do the staples

AHHAHAHAHAHA yes yes i remember 10 years ago..... stapling and rubber banding pants were sooooo hot......... But since i'm not in middle school anymore either.... I suggest going to GAP and find ANKLE sizes..... or you can buy petite pants

 

hmmm...depending on the length thats too long....if like really long i tend to get ma mammi to tailor the trousers to fit me if not that long and is cope-able i just let it drag......but if its like jeans some stores actually tailor it for you ....i think its levi's stores that do it if ya want jeans...
