The last time I attended the course, they invited Christian(s), Buddhist(s), Hindus and others to speak of their religion(s) and I don't recall the Christian speaking of eternal damnation even. He managed to highlight and explain the teachings of Jesus Christ WITHOUT even once mentioning that non-believers will be sentenced to eternal Hell. He managed to bring out the beauty of Christ's teachings, without once resorting to the threat of eternal damnation, or even the bribe of gift of salvation. Now are you tellin me that the Bible (according to you) contains nothing but "eternal damnation" and gift of salvation?! If so, then I suggest you do a deep(er) study of your own religion before attempting to join a friendly and civilized discussion. Uh, CORRECTION! There MAY be no similarities between Christianity and other religion(s) but YOU are asked to live harmoniously amongst everyone. It would be WISE to remember that, and PRACTICE it, considering the fact that not even half the world's population are Christians, if YOU decide to discriminate the non-believers, then you are only making life difficult for yourself, and NOT practicing the true teachings of Jesus Christ. Everyone is entitled to their beliefs, and if they do not agree or refuse, as a Christian, we PRAY for them and shouldnt be preaching eternal damnation to "convert " them. You are making yourself sound superior when you do so which is giving a very wrong impression to others. If you care about them, pray diligently and not insult (even if its not your intentioin to do so).

That is true, the Devil and demons are versed in scripture, for example, the Devil's three attempts to tempt Jesus, while on Earth, in that case, the Devil knowingly misapplied scripture. It would be a form of blasphemy against God if one does so, however... God is the reader of the heart and can see if such misinterpretations is done with malicious intent or innocently committed. Yes, in Matthew 28:19+20 Jesus commands all Christians to preach to people of all the nations, however, if they are not interested, then they are not interested and that person is held accountable to God, as we all are. Jesus didn't convert the whole World to Christianity, in fact, in comparison, there were more that hated him than those that truly followed him while he was on the Earth. *note: I'm not getting heated* Anyway, sorry for really the late reply.
