I don't think it was the no sugar campaign. Some people have childhood asthma, which doesn't carry on to adulthood. TB and lung cancer are two different things. I suppose what you had was TB if you took treatment for a couple of months. But I think it must've been quite traumatic for you to take so many drugs at such a young age. Poor thing -unsure What's the cause for your murmur? As for me, I have asthma and the whole works of allergies that come with it...allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, allergic otitis.
It was a matter of life and death back then, doctors 3 times a week with those highly toxic (but effective) medications. And the no sugar campaign kept said friend to be alive (instead of dying due to an attack), so we still attribute the survival to the no sugar campaign -tongue2
i dont have any physical conditions but i wish i could blame my lack of skills on the athletic side. its like i have 2 left feet and i cant catch.
Why do people always want something to blame for their incompetence? It's not like having an excuse to take the blame will make the mistake or inability go away or something...
^^ it makes them feel better! like its not their fault that they suck at everything. sounds emo. haha.
The ones with the disability who may or may not blame their respective disability are not pathetic, but people who think it's cool to have such an excuse are... Sad losers. And I disagree, disability is NOT a valid excuse to not trying one's best. Although I do respect those with great achievements DESPITE their disabilities.
Well, I was born with a hearing loss...but that's about it. Of course my hearing gets worse every year and my doctor said by the time I'm in college I'll need hearing aids. ^^ Not that it helps that I listen to my ipod like everyday and stuff.
