Theres an ongoing debate on whether milk can help yuu lose weight... and i really want to know... what do yuu think?
Nope. If anything, I think it might increase weight Coz milk is a dairy product, and you get fat if you drink too much of it.
depends how you eat lor.. it's not like you will only drink milk for the whole day.. but drinking more milk is healthy anyway
if you are lactose intolerant and you drink milk u might lose some weight in the form of diarrhea solid way to flush your system
Depends on how you are going to use milk as part of your diet... If you substitute water with milk, NO. If you substitute all protein product with milk, YES. But you'll end up in a hospital in practically NO TIME... -nono
if you drink a lot of water you gain a lot of water weight i dont see why people are looking for miracle diets, they dont exist good planned diet, with a good exercise regime and determination and will, make people loose weight
Haha, theres no such a thing as water weight if you drink the right amount and of course balance with food and proper diet. Drinking water helps one to have better concentration, flush out toxins, and such....
Nope...milk definitely won't help you to lose weight, especially the full cream kind. If you're trying to lose weight, try switching to low fat milk and taking no more than one glass a day. Then count your calories for other foods. Take more veggies, cos they have lots of fibre and help you feel full...lastly, there's nothing better than to EXERCISE if you really wanna lose weight!
Milk is the reverse of lose weight. Milk contains sugars like lactose and some fatty acids. These contribute to gaining some weight. If it did make you lose weight lots of babies will be skinny.
there is such a thing as water weight... that's how many of the fad diets out there work... they promise u will lose 5-10lbs in a week... well they work... but 2 weeks later u'll usually gain it all back... that's water weight...
