don't worry, god will forgive you. Being too busy to give up 2 hours for church on sunday morning is quite understandable, im sure you wont be damned to hell for doing that.

However, you will be damned to hell for spamming up this forum.

  4. Church doesn't save, Jesus does. but Jesus does tell us to congregate with like minded worshippers of God so we should do it. as long as you dont deceive yourself into thinking you deserve Heaven because you go to church cus that aint true, its all through Jesus alone.

if you pray hard enough at home, it should be enough to compensate for not going to church.
but on the other side you should go: to get a free biscuit and some wine .

What do you mean too busy? How come other christians have time? We all have 24 hrs a day. It's not like some people have more or less. How to manage time depends on yourself.

Even though I am not christian and highly disagree with praying to higher beings, I still think you should go to church if you've made up your mind to be a devoted christian. Either believe in something fully or don't believe in it at all.

^...and what would you do if your own post count is 665 ? -what? Ask a mod to reduce your post count back to zero? Hehe, so everyone here with 666 or above posts must have had something to do with the devil at a certain point...

  8. its a joke, nothing more, nothing less, as you prolly know, 666 represents a name not a PA post count hehe, nothing to do with the devil. ill say it again, ITS A JOKE............................... please dont go reading into it, accept it at face value :p

well the point of going to church is to gain insight within the scripture so you can continue growing as a christian. gaining insight from pastors/reverends who have lived it, studied it, and studied it even FURTHER in bible college. if you're doing it at home, it's not like a horrible sin, you're just missing out on certain perspectives that you might not have picked up otherwise.

  10. yeah thats true, i personally dont rate bible college, i mean what college did the apostles go to and all Christians before 100 years ago, i aint against it though. to worship God properly you should do it in the company of other Christians, that's another reason why you should go church. BUT church can be you and friend at your house, or a group of friends sitting in a field talking about the word of God and praising him. Church is not necessarily sitting in a big brick building. lets remember, the people are the church, not the building.

doesn't mean that people are always in them. that being said, montreal's one of the most liberal places in canada (key word: one of). all the pro-choice, pro-same sex marriage, pro-marijuana, pro-getting drunk off your ass at 3 in the morning, with a host of indie bands that no one ever cares about except those emo kids...yeah.
