Sometimes the wisdom teeth may strain or push on the molars and damage the jaw in the process (if that make sense)

I didn't even get the painkillers, though the sheer amount of blood was kind of scary...

Had anesthesia once, I got so high from it.....remember chatting with the anesthesiologist about going to Paris, she told me afterwards that as I was waking up from the meds, that I kept babbling about Paris in part English, part French lol..... propofol FTW *thumbs up*

LOL, reno didn't even manage to START counting before he got knocked out :p

Must have been fun for the anesthesiologist to watch your babbling ;)

Not having wisdom teeth extracted means lack of wisdom, since it's hell to endure the throbbing pain those teeth cause (not to mention the damage they do to your other teeth)

I remember my total was about 800CDN, all covered by one plan or another -^_^

Naw, I had my wisdom teeth around the time my braces are off, which was like 16 or so?

They are just another proof that human are anything but immaculately made, IF humans are made...

yeah i think better not having it..normally it'll grow in between the normal set of teeth and it could be painful and ended up plucking both the normal and wisdom tooth...

Whoa, hope you are referring to Canadian 3k! I had 4 pulled for 2k USD.

lol, I should have told her to film it. =P

Does Canada's universal health plan cover dental, or only health? What about vision? That's a pretty sweet deal if they do. But sucks for the ones paying the highest tax bracket lol...
