i hv small eyes like a typical chinese. How do i make them look bigger with make up without going all out on it?
well...i have really small eyes too...but not single lided...i was laughed at in junior high for haveing *fay fay* eyes...do NOT use Heavy eyeliner...like BLACK...do not ever use black..it makes ur eyes shape more stand out...that will make it look smaller...and dunt use very black liquid eyeliner...if u ever do just put it on the top... for me i usually use eyeshadow...that defines ur eyes but not specificly the eye shape...and liner that is not bold...but can outline your eyes... Ill write out a lito guide for how i wear my makeup... Step 1: Eyeliner: Mac's Fluidline its better to use shades of brown....like this one... http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/products/shade.tmpl?SKU_ID=SKU18415 Only wear that on the top.... Step 2: Eyeshadow: Mac's Eye Shadow Top Part of your Eyes: a)Use a darker than skintone shadow...(i dunno what your skin tone is) http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/products/shade.tmpl?SKU_ID=SKU4032 apply it to ur eyelids about 1 to 1 and a half cm closing your eyes... b)apply a shade that is some sort of brown shadow... http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/products/shade.tmpl?SKU_ID=SKU4033 apply only on the fold of ur eyes...if ur doubled lided...if not apply along the lash line... c)apply a peachy white shadow to the area below your brows..colour somewhat like this... http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/products/shade.tmpl?SKU_ID=SKU21149 Bottom Part of Your eyes: a) use your fingers to dab some of the peachy white shadow around the lower part of your eyes b) use the eye shadow brush and swipe the skintone shadow near the bottom lash line... c)do the same thing but dab ur brush in the brown shade shadow along the lower part of ur lash line... Dunt use as much then the skintone shadow or else it will make it more darker.. The lower part of ur eyes must be a bit lighter than the top... beacuse us small eyes people will look angrier if the bottom part is darker than the top.... of course u dunt have to use mac...but i was lazy so i just yahooed it up and went to their main page... tell me if i dunt make it clear...cuz im sleepy...lol.. and look at my avie...ull see my eye make up...lol or maybe visit my thread in the picture forum...ull see ther... maybe ill do a demo if i have time..hahah...maybe i should start a makeup thread...for my dear PA asians gurlies...lol
i usually just lather make up on my face until i cant see anymore, then i poke holes in the gunk around my eyes so i can see and then im ready to go out. yeep
^^OMG...fearless...ur soo...blah... and yes..i am professional..lol... my mum works at a beauty place... and i took a few makeup classes for asians...lol..cuz u know...the face bone structure we have is different from the caucasians...so the make up must be different...and my mum doesnt like it when i cover myself in lots of gucky makeup...she called me a whore once...lol..and then she aranged a makeup class for me and she tells me what makeup is rite for myself...lol..
wow phy hpy you're so young but have great make-up tips.....i suck at putting make up on....so do you only wear make up when you go out...or you wear it lie 24/7
LOL...depends what u mean by 24/7...lol... when im at home i dunt put on anyof course... i only put daytime lotion...and if im going to the supermarket or pick up stuff...a quick errand...i put some lip balm on... when i go to school i put on it...but not as much...only the liner on the top and a bit of skintone shadow on the top lid and as for the bottom... a brown colour...or else it would look so wierd...and then a bit of tint foundation on...and im ready to go out to school... as for the week ends...i do the make up process that i posted above... takes me about 15 mins to do makeup and 15 mins to do hair...lol..thats for school of course... then 45mins for week ends...lol
whoa phy phy....but too much make-up is bad for the skin though....you try not to put on too much k....hey do you find it difficult taking the make up off....as it always takes me a while to wipe eye make-up off
i dunt put too much make up...i dunt like like a *fun poh* powder lady* lol....i only do make up on the eyes...i have really pale skin so the makeup i use is usually tint...lol.. as i posted in the mascara section..i use a mascara called kiss me and its water proof but it comes out with warm water...and the eyeliner i use pretty good...so it doesnt take me more then 5 mins to clean my face...
yeea not much make is good... i also dont like it when ppl have lots of powders on their faces... its soo unnatural... : ) its because big eyes looks cutier : D
