i did for a while... didn't last very long... lol
went to gym @ lunch during work
then wen there was too much work, skipped it.. and after work.. rather go home lol

and wen theres too much uni work, there goes that chance too...

i guess its all down to motivation and priorities
fitness wasn't my first and so.... not great ehehehe

tho generally i just go on the bike for warmup
depends wat i feel like, if i do cardio, its usually a long hard ride on the bike, or crosstrainer. i felt that bike works more on thights, and crosstrainer is more on the calves

equipment wise, i guess try to focus on a certain area of muscle group a day
and need to give time to that area to recover
so working on differnt areas each day (assuming u go each day) and slotting in cardio sessions between days i found was nice
    hard to keep up ><
probably start again soon... after i settle down new job

i go gym when its half term or when i dont hav school:

    1) 10 min warm up by stretching
    2) 15-20mins on the running machine
    3) 15-20 mins on the cycling machine
    4) i then do 30-40 sits/crunches
    5) 10mins of them arm weight things (dumbells n machine)
    6) 5mins of stretching again lol
then finally i go for a swim for 30 mins..

    thats my workout..=)

but thats only when i go gym,
    @ home i do 1 hours of Taebo and then 30sit ups/crunches..

Not sure if this would fall under that category of "training," but I alternate running or rather fast pace jogging 3 and 5 days a week for 40 minutes.

yea. i think it is training, but more cardio side. if you keep it up, then u will lose weight until it levels off to your "natural" weight...I think.

I do both weight training and cardio, 1/3 cardio, 2/3 weights :)

    here's mine:
    20 minutes of stretching
    30 mins of cycling/treadmill (optional)
1 hr of aerobics or yoga
    45 mins on muscle building

dun eat for at least 1-2 hrs after gym when ur metabolism is still active....
of course cut off fatty food...
    eat the least during dinner...

sure u can get to see the result in 1 1/2 months...u might not lose a lot of weight but trust me u are certainly fit enough..
