I wouldnt complain, but neither would i keep it. I know that there are a lot of ppl who would benefit from that amount of money. Being a true servant of God, one doesnt not enrich himself or herself like this when there are needy ppl who could be living in a better condition because of donation. Tell me, what good would it do to the pastor and his wife of having such an extravagant house for the 2 of them?
Well well. What do we have here? A spree for the benefit of one single person, that'w what I would call money wasted. Really, if it is the norm for religious organizations to buy ludicrous mansions, it's just like those pyramid craze where every new member pay 5 dollars to their referral (and in turn goes to the organization)... and earn a mansion in no time!
this is what the "health and wealth" theology is all about. They think God wants them to have lots of material stuff which can be gained through giving the preacher/prophet money. that money could have bought a million bibles for those in poorer countries who don't have the privilege of owning one. weather that guy is really a Christian or in it for the money, none of us can be sure unless we actually know him. imo its Gods money they are squandering so they will have him to answer to one day. A false prophet is only out for a profit (excuse the pun)
I sure hope whichever God they have to answer to dish out just dessert for such unjustified luxury. It is an outrage to spend the money collected for "greater good" on one single individual... that money could have fed millions. But yeah, so when the organization is filled with false prophets, it just damages the accountability of the organization.
a God that wants people to have more wealth and more money? ... damn... thats pretty messed up... i heard a little story in my youth, that for every grain of rice you dont eat in your life, youll get the same number of insects that look like rice, and have to eat them... LOL kinda off topic, but shows that you cannot be greedy, and you must be happy with what you have.. wealth means that you can waste more things...
