How many people have an upcoming graduation prom (for either high school or university)? For the girls, how much are you willing to spend on a dress, sandals, dress shoes, purse and accessories?
I spent about $250 on mine, but that included the tickets, dress, and accessories. I already had sandals, and I did my own hair and make up so that saved me a good $100-$200
well hs prom thingy got the 2 tiks then got a custom white suit made =D (wasn't that much cos just got auntie to do it for me hehehehe) and had to get the flowers n stuff for date uni grad (no prom) just spent it all on the grad flowers (got 3 sets, 2 for me, 1 for friend, each were 100+) and then had to hire gowns and get the fotos/dvd/plaques made up i swear they're rorting me >< $30 for a tiny foto
i spent nothing. dress=found in closet shoes=took from sis bag=took from friend tickets=free (i was on the prom committee) limo=friend's dad owned a limo service so it was free hair + makeup=aunt in law did it (she owns a salon) jewellery=gift from parents ***i actually made money. the prom committee ended up with money left over, so it was split to all committee members. i made about 45 bucks!!! muahahha
damn right. honestly tho, looking back, i'm glad i didn't spend the money. it was just one night. i knew one girl that blew 1300 on her dress!!!
I dun like to go for proms.. waste of money jus to take photos.. well.. at least thats what proms mean over here.
im only spending money on the stupid tickets the suit ill prolly just wear my chinese one lol dont need to spend too much money on it
im cheap, had 2 use me wedding blazer, then evrythin else all black..nt 2 bad lookin though ...the blazer -some creamy green colour...spent some cash on some drinks - not alcoholic, bt gt wrecked that same night lol...
i knew i had 2 go to that, 2 hav some memory at least - of all the ppls who were gna leave n go different colleges..wel it was the perfect goodbye 2 all the ppls in my yr , u shld of went man!!!!
