Drink LOADS of water. Petroleum jelly when you are at home, just thinly over your lips. For outdoor use, get something with SPF 15. I recommend Burt's Bee or Blistex (the baby blue tube is vanilla flavoured and VERY moisturizing) ^ If you have super dried lips that chip easily, use this.
I have tried Blistex, but I need to apply it constantly before having any effect ... Guess I need to try harder Besides water and Blistex, any other remedies?
Don't mind if I ask, do you have dry skin along with chapped lips? Coz it's possible that the chapped lip could be caused by lack of sleep (or bad sleeping schedules)
^ word, just that it's gonna be messy if you lug a tube or container of vaseline around, so it's good for home use
They do now? That's good news! Though I still prefer tubes... I shudder at the thought of sticking my finger into the jar of vaseline without being able to wash hand first...
hum... blistex drys ur lips out even more..... vasaline works aite... kinda gay for a guy to carry that around with u.... we dont have a purse either..... carmax is aite too but u gotta use ur finger to put it on ur lips... i uses chapstick medicated (with menthal) works pritty good i love it..... girls dont like chappy lips

Then a combo of blistex tubes and vaseline should work. Of course, a healthy diet with lots of water helps...
