I have a SE P990i and the iPhone Theme:

 

I'm really old school, got a K750 and I am using a pic I took (from a picture book, no less) -- it look kind of silly since the picture is of an island in the middle of the sea with a palm tree on it... I don't know how to screen cap my phone so I guess will have to do without one =_=b

I am still using a Sharp GX25 and I got a pic of Lotte biscuits as my mobile phone wallpaper.

 

my phone is old... there aren't any cool features on mine.

I have a Blackberry Pearl and i just made a UNDFTD Wallpaper

I have a "very old" Nokia 3210 and it's of a smiley doing an impersonation of Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian Man. It was already on there and as I don't use my phone as frequent as my comp I don't care a bit about wallpapers/ringtones for mobiles.
