It's mid March and soon April but today it's snowing and the weather forecasts predict more snow this week !! So in stead of using the term "global warming" we should just call it "climate change" ?
Um, you probably should read some more about the topic before posting, since the global warming is not indicating that there will be no more snow or what not, it's just that the average temperature has increased -- which in turn, delays the winter as habitants of the Northern hemisphere knows it -- remember how we didn't have snow until 2 days before Christmas this year? The snow season remain the same in length, just that it's coming to hit us later and harder. All in all, "climate change" and "global warming" are not exactly the same -- climate change is the just one of the consequences of global warming, for which there are many (consequences).
Should watch the movie "The Day after Tomorrow". Shows a good example of what global warming did in that movie. hehe
*giggles* that film was on my all-time favourite list for the sheer crack. Even though it's exaggerated for comical effect -- the hurricane cell was twirl in the wrong direction (just one example for not having the fact straightened), it illustrate how delicate the balance nature holds. And me? I love the fact that they said "desalination" in the film, "SOOO" scientific-sounding Another choice for film would be "An Inconvenient Truth", quite informative, but be prepared to be lectured and educated.
