i'm pretty sure this song is on her 3rd cd and it is two songs combined into 1 track

 

It's several songs mixed in. First is Only Love (Oi Choy) and then there are a bunch I have but can't quite pick them out without going through all her albums.

The words '勁歌金曲' are the same at the Jade Solid Gold's title so its probably a mix she may have sung while on the show.
