hi....im going to Hk soon for a couple of weeks and was wonderin where the best place you visited was or a place tht u reallli want to visit when u visit HK. thanx. much appreciated
hmm lets see, - disney land --> to make my own opinion on it even though most people say its really bad - Ocean park --> always gotta make a trip there whenever i go to HK gotta sea them seals or whatever they are -lol - then there's the temple thing 'wong dai seen' and then anywhere with shops is good are you going to HK for easter?
I thought Ocean Park is closed... Go to the Tai Ping Peak in HK Island, IFC (with its beautiful shoreline ), Times Square, Tun Mun for seafood!
yeh.. my sister went to sai kung last yr. they hired this fisherman "guy" and they went fishing. then the fisherman cooked the fish on the boat so tht they could eat it realli fresh.
hit up times square at causeway bay umm go to lan gwai fong in cheun wan lots of bars and cuties if u get lucky.... Tsim sha tsui for bar/shopping .... decent.....
I would just go to the shops to buy digital stuff and clothes, they are nice & not expensive, places like in Hong Kong Island or Kowloon. Btw, "the Disneyland in HK" is very suck. If u are just gonna to go and take pics with the characters is all fine. But everything else is a rip off in my opinion.
^ wow when did you go? were you there for the grand opening? thats so cool i still wanna go to disneyland despite what everybody says
I went there on the summer holiday 2006. The whole place is so small and had to pay expensive entry fee... I think is not worth going, thats all. -unsure
I got in for free through a friend, but I'd have to agree the place is pretty small and nothing special to be honest.
Yeah, Ocean Park is so much better... I go there like every summer when I am in HK with my mates. Its definitely worth going for sure... -cool
OCEAN PARKK!!! and anywhere for shopping. *sigh* i wanna go back this summer...wanna bring me back? i can fit into your luggage bag =]
Liew Yun Giy (ladies street if you translate it from canto, lol)... I went HK about two years ago, even though liew yun giy translate into ladies street, its like a LONG LONG LONG street of stuff, just everything and anything, I guess it's extremely appealing to woman, but it's just got absolutely almost everything for very cheap. Plus its so funny when you try to haggle to stall owner, or they try bargain with you and drop the price by half or something...it's just soooo cool.
On... we're going to HK for a short holiday. Our main aim is to eat the good food there as shown on the food programs on TVB. I'm aiming for siew knor!
