Nice to hear a Chinese girl enjoys excercise, they're pretty rare in my part of the globe. Anyway my choice of excercise is Muay Thai boxing, its great for coordination, cardio, plus the squates are good for the legs. Plus I can kick arse when the occasion arises.
how do u exercise? I would like a nice body too, but then it is hard to keep with the exercise program. and then i could never have a nice body by the summer.
