    Close. You'll gain weight all over your body, then work your abs to make them more prominent. However, you won't get rid of the belly fat without getting rid of the fat everywhere else. There's no way around that.

    Perfect is subjective. I don't consider a celebrity figure perfect. It disgusts me.

    u should write a 'the muscle building for the skinny girl' too -worship

    ewww hell no! that sh1t is nasty as f uck. when i see implants on a girl i can tell right off the bat.

    Wah, I'll willingly hand over 15 lbs! [​IMG] Actually, I've already lost 2 lbs over exams from stress and skipping lunches to study, but hey, if it's a loss of weight, yeah, it's most likely good [​IMG]

    On the subject of losing belly fat, try hula hooping, if you can keep it up. I heard you can trim 2 inches off your waist a month if you hula hoop an hour or so every day. [​IMG]

    Guess I'm not that kinda guy who wants to work on my..... "1 pack"? Haaaai Beerbelly's sux.... I still can't find the proper workout to lose the frikkin beerbelly....

    sex is a great form of exercise - u burn a lot of calories and you use a lot of your muscles that other forms of exercises do not utilise :D

    Nice to hear a Chinese girl enjoys excercise, they're pretty rare in my part of the globe. Anyway my choice of excercise is Muay Thai boxing, its great for coordination, cardio, plus the squates are good for the legs. Plus I can kick arse when the occasion arises.

    i definitely feel a lot better during the day when i exercise.. but lately i haven't found the time.

    how do u exercise? I would like a nice body too, but then it is hard to keep with the exercise program. and then i could never have a nice body by the summer.
