Well...I'm a pretty large and big guy and was wondering how can I make my thighs and wis smaller? And how do you guys excerise? Thanks.
Cycling exercise movement but liying down do abt 20 time b4 sleeping then lying down as well, make ur leg shape like "L" means 90 degree then moveups and downs foe abt 20-30times as well, it works but take time ler... do it everynite, for the first few night u will fill tired, but after that u will feel ok, by the way when ur doing it lift ur head up a little if u can so u can tone up ur tummy as well.
Get a gym membership and start working out. Do a full body workout. From weight lifting to cardio. You'll see results in few weeks. -chef
why would u want to make ur thighs smaller, it gets covered up with jeans anyways. To get rid of fatty thighs go to http://www.muscletech.com/ some workouts for legs, or just google about how to get rid of them.
why are u guys trying to buff up his legs? all these excersises u guys suggested make his legs muscular and big.
-devil It's the diet. Eat lots of transfat stuff and drink coke. Do 2 sets of 8 squats every 3 days. that should do it
Swimming helps a lot, it trains a lot of your muscles. it wont make you big or anything, but it will get you well toned (that is get rid of that fat)
Circuit training focusing more on the legs. For example: Do 1 set of light squats with 15-20 reps, then walk over to leg extensions and do 20 reps (with light weights), then to the leg curl machine and do another set of 20 (with light weights). This counts as ONE superset. Now rest 3 mins and repeat until you have done a total of THREE supersets. Now wobble on to a chair coz you'll be burnin'!
