I've been feeling tired lately...I get up 7:30am or so, go to bed at 11pm. My work hours are not steady (research lab), sometimes I work 7am-7pm or 8am-4pm...depends on the day...

I walk a lot and feel that I don't have time for sports...I eat three meals, try to eat vegetables everyday, dairy, etc...

some ppl lack in iron nutrients... you can see a doctor to see what really is the problem.

  6. i think joina gym or somethign to get urself working out a bit to make u feel less tired.. going straight after work is a good idea i think.. coz i started full time work not tooo long ago and always felt tired after work.. my fren told me to join up with him at the local gym and yea i think it's a good feeling .. afterwards definitely feel more energised but still tired at the same time ... hmmm sounds sorta weird?.. u know wat i mean? haha.. but overall feel much better after working out~

Research lab = not much money: as we work many hours, but don't get overtime!!

Try eating Low GI foods, fruits vegetables, take a multivitamin, take some fish oil pills, and do some exercise.

Try some ginseng drinks ($$$), sports ppl drink it for energy like those kung fu guys in the olden days! 10 years of internal energy added on :) :) -rockon
