Can you download it off your own google drive and upload elsewhere? From other posts, it seems like many people have issue downloading from your google drive.
The file is pretty big to upload to another site. There are barely any free file hosting website with good upload speed and download speed other than Google and Dropbox but Dropbox has file size restriction. It's hard nowaday to host files online without paying a penny. If you look around this forum , you see that shinobe/b-lee is using a paid server called pserve for file hosting. Do you really want that? I'm trying to be as free as possible because we asian are cheap in things like this.
