Some netizens did not think Sisley is ready for the award yet, and believed that Katy who has been with TVB for more years deserved Best Actress instead of the consolation awards she received. Sisley Comments on Winning Best Actress Sisley’s career is growing at a rapid pace since joining the entertainment industry seven years ago. In 2017, she won the Most Popular Female Character Award for Legal Mavericks <踩過界> and the sequel elevated her to an even higher pedestal. While confessing that winning Best Actress has always been one of her goals, Sisley never thought about how long it would take to earn the title. I haven't seen Legal Mavericks 2 and I have to admit I like Katy Kung in that nut character in Death by Zero. Nevertheless, this is crazy ... it's about quality of performance, not years of service.
I'm watching LM 1 right now and it's ok, I can see they added the Daredevil/Matt Murdock power sort of to Vincent's character and I'm kind of eh on that part...
I see. I never did watch LM1. So, can't really speak to that either. I tend to just watch the more light-hearted series - so, I can say I enjoyed Sisley Choi as an actress in that series with Dicky Cheung as warlord. Pretty good actress.
