Ever since the switch over. I followed and continued using dramasian ever since. Out of the blue I went back to check out poplularasian to have a look yesterday. I checked out the chinese movie download section. all the download links they have listed are ad link. the link is reprocessed by a third party.. so it takes you to an advertisement then it takes you to the download.. I really don't see any reason to go back there.. unless you like seeing the moderators called eviltofu. hahahahaha oh well... we got bruce lee. thats more than enough.. aaaaii ya..

A user since 2008, so got some loyalty for sticking around on either forums for sure. However if you prefer DA then hopefully we'll see you more around in the chat or in the forum discussion. Link shorteners don't make you THAT much money, unless you have couple thousand people clicking on the link. Previously it wasn't allowed on PA, but not sure of the rules there currently but I do know DA doesn't allow it. But it is a bitch to wait each time you want to download something. It is what it is. And I wouldn't put any blame on EvilTofu since he wasn't using link-shorteners anyways, it was another user.
Only person who is using the 3rd party ad link is the new MOD. Need to get more MODs there to update everything. I'm too busy with work to be as active as I used to back then. I just put in my 2 cents since I was a member since 07. I put whatever pics/gifs of idols that are currently on my favorite list... I don't live in China so no worries...
Never understood what the ruckus was about. Seemed a shame that people who worked on creating such a wonderful site had to have a falling out. Glad that it continues. It could have been a lot worse.
pa with its current continuation for downloads. seriously rip. seems the real goods of pa is within da. yesterday my other computer had togo rip. damn bloody ads messed up my computer. there was a pop up advising me not to turn off my computer. i got unpatient hearing the noise being created and clicking on the dialogue boxes to stop showing the msg and to close that ad process. i unplugged the power and removed the battery from the laptop to shut it down. replugged the power and turned it back on. the windows os was not loading up. i ended up losing everything on the hd and had to restore factory os back onto the hd. first time i encounter ads that messed my laptop like that. so ad-noying. lostr alot of video and whatever life live on crap on that hd.
Lol I mean that's somewhat your fault. But if it's popup dialogue boxes and you're using chrome, there is a checkbox for "prevent additional dialogue boxes for popping up" or something similar. You check that and press ok and it won't have dialogue boxes pop up anymore. From there you can close the ads. And if you're not already using Adblock or Ghostery or anything similar, you should. Although you should disable it for DA to support the website so ads do show up on DA. It's not a big deal since it helps support the site and you're not forced to click on it.
I don't mind waiting at all for DDL links Do miss the english side of DDL which is becoming more of a pain to find and get Especially on older stuff. You guys that run this live on forever!!!
IIRC, the english side of download section was removed even before the move to DA. I think it was around the time when Megaupload went down and Kim Dotcom got raided by the FBI leading to hollywood-piracy being more serious than ever. However Mega the successor of Megaupload is already back up. It has great upload/download speed so I wonder why it isn't used more often in forums.
