The four TVB anniversary series of 2015 have been determined. They include Anthony Wong (黃秋生), Kent Tong (湯鎮業), and Wayne Lai’s (黎耀祥) Lord of Shanghai <梟雄>, Ruco Chan (陳展鵬), Tony Hung (洪永城), and Grace Chan’s (陳凱琳) Captain of Destiny <張保仔>, Joey Meng (萬綺雯) and Bobby Au Yeung’s (歐陽震華) With or Without You <東坡家事>, and Wayne Lai, Bosco Wong (黃宗澤), and Kristal Tin’s (田蕊妮) Under the Veil <無雙譜>. Since the anniversary series receive much hype and serves as the strongest basis in determining the TV King and TV Queen winners, competition is rough this year with several veterans proving their skills. The fight for TV King is especially strong; Anthony and Wayne are acclaimed actors, while Bobby is known for attracting high viewership ratings. Anthony Wong: “I Won’t Film More Dramas Even if I Win!” Lord of Shanghai costars Anthony and Wayne believe in each other’s high chance in winning the Best Actor Award. Wayne praised Anthony’s superb acting skills and expressed he has a high chance of winning this year. On the other hand, Anthony does not care about the award and hopes Wayne will win for the fourth time. He exclaimed, “Wayne’s acting is amazing. Thus, it is said that Kristal has a much higher chance of receiving the TV Queen title for the second time in a row. However, the actress said humbly, “Winning the award is not about your competitors; it’s about your own performance! You must surpass yourself, not others.” Grace also feels great pressure about her drama, Captain of Destiny, being one of this year’s anniversary series. In terms of whether or not she has confidence in obtaining the TV Queen title, the rookie actress expressed, “I’m very excited because I have a lot of screen-time in the series. Yea no way if it were up to common sense / public to determine... but TVB want to promote/push her up so they might just give it to her
