At a recent event to promote a family-oriented health supplement, Anita Yuen (袁詠儀) was naturally asked about her family. She mentioned that she and her husband, Chilam Cheung (張智霖) took their son Morton to the United States for a long vacation over the summer. “Morton’s term ended really early, in about mid-June, so we decided to go on vacation to the United States. When he was going to school, I was so free and had so much time for myself. But the moment school ended, we went to the United States for about two weeks, and I basically became his servant for two weeks!” Anita added that she tried to teach 8-year-old Morton to be more independent during the trip and said happily, “I think it was really successful. He has now learned to fold his own clothes and put them away. He has become so tidy!” Anita then revealed that even though the media often praises Chilam for looking young and dashing, she did not feel any pressure. She laughed and said, “I have my own appeal. He’s the one who’s more nervous and always asking me where I am! Since we’re both in the entertainment circle, it’s rare for us to be free at the same time, so I really appreciate it when we can both take a break and go away together. We work hard so we can then go on fun vacations!” On how she feels about turning 40 on September 4, Anita mused, “The older I am, the less I feel like having a big celebration. I guess the most important thing about entering my forties is to be healthy. I will probably have a dinner with some friends and all our children.” Creds: Oncc
Chi lam is amazingly youthful but Anita looks good too. I don't like big celebration for my birthday too, I'll be force to drink...
They both looking good as always! Our birthdays are generally organised and celebrated within the group = activity day + lots and lots of food = YOLO and bday person always gets treated and spoiled for the day
I don't like to celebrate it big in public. Especially singing Happy Birthday in public very loud is embarrassing to me. Probably not! But they probably have a good relationship.
No contract, Since TVB and Chi Lam are in good term, if the right script comes along and he's free, I could see them working together again, Chi Lam got really popular with the past series and even made a movie other of it.
They both look just as good in real life. Saw them at a promo event in HK and they both look great for their ages... If i looked like mr cool at his age.........
