btw absolutely love mushroom risotto but ur one looks a bit wet... -_- like porridge-ish

 

haha yeah I'm a dude that cooks and bakes... gotta survive off food other than burritos and chili cheese fries during Uni...

oh and the Risotto, actually it wasn't that wet at first, but the mushrooms kinda kept cooking and it kept sweating out making that "juice" on the side there... the rest of it was fine...

I love guys who can cook/bake. I feel like it's a shame that guys who can cook get stigmatized in the US.
