I tried a few more times and same thing.. look at screenshot I downloads from mega server as I can see it downloading but then it just says this at the end of the transfer
That's what you meant. Works for me though. Running Windows 7, Chrome version: Version 38.0.2125.111 Try not using Incognito. I use this to download from MEGA, so I don't need to load it in the browser. http://megadownloaderapp.blogspot.com/2013/01/download-links-english.html If that app works, then it's your browser settings or something. If it still doesn't, then it's something else. Test it downloading the CRC file, it's smaller, so faster to confirm if it works or not.
