台都一一拆除，這夢幻的場景只能在電影中回味了。」 創意大廚助陣 大銀幕彰顯料理本色 「口欲」依然是新片延續前作的話題之一。導演曹瑞原說：「以飲食命名的電影，如果看不到精 彩的料理，那 是『很倒胃口』的。大銀幕之上，料理的翻滾，豐富的食材、色彩的渲染，嫻熟而技高一籌的製作工 藝，使觀看成 了極端地感官享受。」 據悉，新版故事中，料理將主打創意牌。在曾江扮演的杭州名廚手中將誕生不下十幾道堪稱藝術 品的創意「中 國菜」，且道道皆有出處。其中一道歷經烽火戰亂仍深藏記憶深處的私房菜，更是牽引出全片最後的 高潮段落，令 觀者唏噓不已。而這道菜便與紅樓家宴有關，又按照現代人的飲食觀念有所改良。 導演曹瑞原表示：「時過境遷，人們對飲食的理念更加精進，大銀幕在傳統之上需要新意。」 霍思燕新解《飲食男女》豐滿角色挑戰新層次 1994年，李安的一部《飲食男女》成為華語影壇經典。18年後，該片監製徐立功再次打造 了這部《飲食 男女2012》，並以素食為主線，引發出了一段橫跨數十年的感情故事。由於片中男女主角分隔兩 地，徐立功及 導演曹瑞源也煞費苦心的尋找內地女演員，在看過《我要成名》之後，主創們一致認為：霍思燕就是 影片女主角「 瓦兒」的最佳人選。自下載電影《我要成名》之後，霍思燕在《迷城》、《夢遊3D》等影片中嘗試 了許多不同的 角色類型。到了《飲食男女》中的「瓦兒」，則成了事業上風光的女強人，但與藍正龍的感情生活卻 陷入瓶頸，又 要面對父親曾江的病情和「大媽」歸亞蕾的無理取鬧，無論角色感情或層次都比之前的作品更為豐滿 。 對於這部影片，許多人都會拿來去李安的前作進行對比。對此，霍思燕表示：「李安導演的《飲 食男女》是不 可複製的經典，但時隔18年，很多東西都發生了變化，不論是美食還是感情態度，我覺得抱著對經 典的新解和延 續的態度要比放在對立面上更好。」 霍思燕患都市「失愛症」 以水果比喻兩大型男 既然是都市愛情題材的影片，話題也離不開對愛情觀的「拷問」，對於張孝全、藍正龍兩大型男 ，霍思燕以兩 個台灣水果巧妙比喻，頗為有趣。她表示：藍正龍就像榴蓮：表面多刺，果肉味美，大多數人第一次 對於它的味道 會「望而卻步」，吃下後卻別有風味。他就是這麼一種水果，看起來冰冷，很難接觸，像渾身充滿了 刺，但其實你 若瞭解之後，會被他身上獨特的氣質所吸引，甚至無法自拔，深陷其中。而張孝全則被她比喻為芒果 ：富含營養， 果肉細膩且風味獨特，「張孝全身上散發著淡淡的味道，好像芒果一樣，讓人著迷。同時，他又是一 個有內涵的人 ，你能在他身上發現很多閃光點，對自己也很受益，是一個『營養型』男人」，霍思燕笑言。 同時，霍思燕在採訪中談到角色情感時，也首度談到了自己的愛情觀：「瓦兒代表了現在社會上 很多人，我認 為這是一種『失愛症』。大家每天為了工作忙忙碌碌，為了理想也好，為了慾望也好，但在忙碌之後 ，卻不知道如 何去愛一個人，也不知道如何被愛。」此番言論也受到現場媒體的一致認同，表示這個狀態就是現在 社會上很多人 的真實寫照。 花絮 ·本片獲選為第62屆柏林影展「美食電影」（Culinary Cinema）單元閉幕片。 哲精心研發出一道以茄子為主要食材的佳餚－－「茄鯗」。打開熱呼呼的盅，躍入眼簾的是鮮艷的紫 色和多種蔬果 食材。少女白蘋只試吃了一口，就愛上了這種刻骨銘心的味道。於是這道菜成了兩人愛情的見證和一 生一世共同的 記憶。 作為全片的高潮段落之一，楊洋和李沁出演的情節出現在白蘋（歸亞蕾飾）的回憶部分。楊洋騎著自 行車載著李沁 在巷子裡飛馳的場景，兩人四目深情對視的甜蜜……花樣男女在最美好的年紀談著一場最青澀最甜蜜 的初戀。無論 經歷多少滄桑，他們分隔的時間有多長，屬於這最初的幸福的味道一直都不曾改變過。 霍思燕表示：《飲食男女2012》是一部以美食喻情感的電影。在談到影片中與其他主創的合作， 霍思燕說：「 大部分的主演都是首次合作。我比較羨慕亞雷姐，因為她在片場總是時時刻刻有老公陪伴，感覺特別 的甜蜜。談到 歸亞蕾的敬業，霍思燕坦言自己喜歡歸亞蕾很多年，「她的經歷非常旺盛，甚至超過了我。」 「而曾江大哥，在劇中扮演我的父親，他很慈祥，在現實中我和父親的感情就特別好，所以這種感覺 比較容易帶入 劇中。」回憶起曾江，霍思燕說：「戲裡戲外都得到了曾江慈父般的關愛」。 霍思燕在影片中出演「唐瓦兒」一角，不僅與「老戲骨」曾江、歸亞蕾飾演的角色存在大量對手戲， 劇中的「准婆 媳」鬥法一段情節笑料百出，兩人的精彩演技讓人酣暢淋漓。而當霍思燕被問及現實中如何處理與未 來婆婆的關係 時，霍思燕有些感傷地說：「由於我的母親去世的比較早，我會把未來的婆婆當作自己的親媽媽。」 然後又恢復了 往日的俏皮說：「我會用撒嬌來解決和婆婆的分歧。」 在談到劇中與兩大型男演員藍正龍和張孝全的合作時,霍思燕笑說：「瓦兒遇到了兩種奇妙的味道， 有時候品嚐， 也只是更加難以取捨。」她坦言，在現實生活中，天生一張「ice man」臉的藍正龍，其實私底下卻極為幽默， 「我們第一次合作第一場戲便是吵架，這不是個好兆頭，後面我們說話都有些嗆著來。但是，他是個 會逗人開心的 『好男人』，有時候他和我的玩笑話有一點過分，但是至今我想起來還會笑一笑，不會生他的氣。」 張孝全在霍思 燕眼裡則是個不折不扣的「陽光」大男孩，「他像夏日海灘上的冰淇淋，令人清爽。他喜歡海上的運 動，我也喜歡 大海，這樣一開始我們就會有很多共同的話題。」 霍思燕說：「在家裡，我也會自己做飯，我拿手的菜應該是紅燒系列。其實以前也不覺得食物和情感 有聯繫，直到 拍攝了《飲食男女2012》，我才又重新回想這個問題，原來每個人都會有這樣的美好記憶，就像 你吃到某一道 菜，某個畫面或者人又重現了一樣。飲食與文化就好比兩個人的關係，需要細細品嚐才能知曉箇中滋 味。人與人之 間關係維繫的紐帶就是『情感』，情感是一個感知、感悟到感恩的過程，這跟你品嚐一道菜時的過程 是一樣的。當 你把美食放入口中是感知，咀嚼的過程是感悟，之後你因美味而開心會產生感謝和感恩的情緒。有時 候情感的體會 是飄渺的，有時候又會特別真實所以無論是家人、朋友、愛人，我們都要學會珍惜，好好感受那份不
