After teaming up with a local street tough named Mao (Keith Kwan Chiu-chung), Piao discovers an evil Caucasian fiend who has sucked dry the local blood bank. When the cops show up, the ghoulie has again vanished but Piao and Mao are there and get charged with the crime.
